If we should have received your application by Thursday 2/6/2020, this week’s postponed meeting, please attend this Sunday’s, 2/9/2020 Safety Orientation if possible. There are at least 42 people that would have been voted on Thursday night.

The gate will be opened at 1:30 Sunday and will be closed back at 1:45. Please be at the clubhouse by 1:45. The orientation will begin at 2 sharp.

Although these 42 will not receive your gate cards at the orientation, they will be mailed to you after the club votes this next Thursday night. This will get your card to you a month earlier than if you wait until a March safety orientation.

If you were voted in as a member during the December or January meetings and haven’t attended a walk through yet, you will receive your card at the conclusion of the orientation.
